New Version 3.27 1/19/09

1. Fixed infrequent problem where sometimes the (street bet) preset
bet amount would be very small (i.e. min raise).

2. Fixed infrequent problem where sometimes fixed bets (all in, pot,
and other fixed bets) would be very small (i.e. min raise).

3. Changed SafetyDelay numbers on the misc tab, as they now have new
meaning.

4. Cosmetic changes to text on a few tabs.

5. Changed the way the software clicks the "time" button. It should
now interfere less with other things happening in the software.

1. Added a check to see if the a joystick is present, and if not the
joystick is disabled on the misc tab.
2. Fixed bug where under certain rare situations the fts.ini settings
file could be erased.
