The Philadelphia Police Clergy is expanding value safety services and
accommodations for poverty reduction for Philadelphia in a secure and safe
environment. Last week Rev. Dr. Clarence Hester, Philadelphia Police Clergy,
East Division has led these services as a result of social practices and
positive human interaction with honor. This is reached through education,
prevention, and therapeutic treatment throughout the urban community and
suburban neighborhood, including services and special needs programs. One such
program for special needs is Town Watch. What has occurred most recently with
Rev Hester in the East Philadelphia area is catching on fast in the West
Philadelphia area. The neighbors along 52nd Street are rebuilding Town Watch and
Chaplain Police.
Willie S. Bond, Terry Savage, Boyce “Butch” Jordon, Kevin Lofton, Greg
Spearman, Gregorio Cojulun, Jr. of the 52nd Street community as well as Warren
Bloom, Independent Candidate for City Commissioner of Philadelphia are

in accordance with the neighbors individual community recovery care plan, to
meet human needs and protect the individual rights and rights to quality of
life. Rev Hester, Bishop Hodrick, Iman Abdulkhabiyr, Rev Jefferson, Pastor
Stafford, Minister Bloom, and I, amongst others will strive to address each
neighbors physical, emotional and social need along the West Philly, 52nd Street
area.
It's Bond's, Savage's and Jordon's goal to form another Town Watch Patrol
