It seems that Westchester as a whole is becoming dog-unfriendly. I think we better let people who are thinking of moving here, buying homes here, or sending dogs here for adoption that this is the wrong place for you if you want a well-socialized and healthy dog or wanted to enjoy yor time with your dog in a public place.
