Well, definitely something about these parts and the WPC board I
have. I ended up finding a different part type and put that in just
fine. It's weird, because I then put these Atmel parts where I got
that one out of and it was no problem. So, I'm not sure exactly
what's going on. The -90 speed should be just fine. At some point I
will have to try these parts in a different WPC board to see if it's
something specific to this particular board...
