FreeWPC and WPC95

Just posting for reference in case anyone else in the future needs to know - FreeWPC doesn't work (at the moment) on WPC95 machines.

I only read this yesterday after finding James' posts about NGG on Pinside..wish I had read it before ordering a bunch of 8mbit eproms.. and after getting back into it with whitewater now I planned to continue the CC project I worked on a few years ago (but had only tested in visual pinball).

To confirm I tested it yesterday in my AFM and CC, the cpu just doesn't boot..

Yes, I could not get it to work on WPC95 either.

That's odd.   Do the roms boot on pinmame?

Yes it works fine in visual pinball / pinmame.
On the cpu the 2 outer leds stay on, middle doesn't start to blink. AV board gives 3 bong sounds.
James seems to have investigated a bit further but couldn't get it to work.
