Going to start this off with my own thoughts:

* Run time panel to select to turn external logging on and off
and choose logging driver (LuminicBox, Firebug, etc). Accessible via
keyboard shortcuts
* (From a conversation with Thaylin) External JavaScript API to
connect to above run-time log switching.
* Keyboard shortcuts map in com.foxr.data.GlobalConfig.as (and
localConfig.xml?)
