Anyone have phone/internet any more? Anyone think that it is Monarch,
not us, who should have to be making sure that we do? I don't know
about anyone else, but I am really getting sick and tired of being run
around. And now that it seems RNet has finally screwed us over and
taken it all offline, well - I dunno about the rest of you but the
situation is making me really angry. When they tell me in the office
that I know as much as they do (and yeah I know it is the fault of the
parent company, not the people actually in our main office) - that
really makes me angry. And then when I spend 8 hours on the phone
trying to get someone at Verizon to "set me up" for service and they
can't find Nicholas drive in their computer - that just makes me feel
like I'm being made a fool of. Anyone else having these problems?
Anyone have any clue as to any solution? I'm thinking if this
continues much longer without Monarch stepping in and fixing the
problem - well heck i really don't know what to do about it, but some
lawyer might. Any thoughts?

I still have internet. I think it is rediculous too that they say they
know as much as we do. I also share your frustration with the whole
companies not being able to find the address in this complex. Foxfire
has been up for like 2 years and it still isn't showing up for
directions and stuff. It ticks me off too. I don't know what to do
either. Foxfire keeps changing things...cable, phone, internet, etc.
and then expects us to adjust what we pay for each of these services.
As if everyone who lives in this complex can just adjust their budgets
according to what company Foxfire decides to do business with next. Not
that it is all their fault, but it isn't fair.

I do have to make 1 point... If we were to go through DirecTV ourselves for
TV and internet, I think it would be much more expensive than what Foxfire
has organized for us. Plus, personally I know the service DirecTV provides
independently is pretty bad too.

Good point, except if I could do it myself, I would have cable so that I could DVR both local and cable stations and buy PPV movies any time I want.  Plus, I would have my own connection instead of having to split it with everyone in my building.  (There is ONLY ONE dish per building which is ridiculous!!) We aren't necessarily getting anything cheaper anyway because Foxfire "includes" the DirecTV (split 20 ways) in our rent.  I would rather pay more and have it all work!!
