Board Certified Behavior Analyst Job Posting
Purpose: To provide behavior analysis services to consumers in the
form of consultation to children and adults with cognitive,
developmental, physical and health related needs. Consultation will
be provided to address both behavior and skill deficits, as well as
behaviors that place the person or others at risk. To develop
evidence-based behavior plans, provide recommendations to care
providers on its implementation, and make modifications as needed.

Position: This is a 40 hour position that will require an individual
with board
certification in behavior analysis.

This position will require effective communication skills, ability to
work in a variety of community settings, and experience providing
behavioral treatment to persons with developmental disabilities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have training and
certification under the Behavior Analysis Certification Program (BACB)
for Applied Behavior Analysis as Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
They will hold a Masters degree in psychology or related field,
preferably from an ABA accredited program. The candidate will ideally
also have 1-2 years experience providing services to individuals with
developmental disabilities including at least 120 hours of direct
services to individuals with complex behavior problems.
Salary Range: $45,000-55,000 annually

Senior Therapist Job Posting
Purpose: To provide behavioral services to persons with pervasive
developmental disabilities receiving services from Imagine! under the
direct supervision of a BCBA.

Position: This is a 40 hour position that will require an individual
with a
basic understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis. The major
responsibilities can be divided as follows:
1. Assist the BCBA to collect information for the development of a
functional assessment of challenging behaviors.
2. Development of the treatment plans with clinical review by a BCBA.
3. Implementation/monitoring treatment plans with reports to the BCBA.

This position will require effective communication skills, ability to
work in a variety of community settings, and experience providing
behavioral treatment to persons with developmental disabilities.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelors Degree in
Psychology or related field. The candidate must have a minimum of 2
years experience working in the field of Developmental Disabilities.

Salary Range: $25,000-35,000 annually
