It's always hard to predict turnout at Andrews Lake since this is OUR event and not an NPS one and notice is usually spread via word of mouth. That said, we usually do pretty well-between 20-50 or more, usually closer to 50 than 20.

I am getting feedback from several groups aware of this year's event that if we have a clear night, turnout might be pretty big. Right now, I'm only aware of 2-3 scopes and some binocs coming, so if you haven't been out this year and own a scope, we could use YOU!
