Folks,

Thanks for posting your availability to the doodle poll. Looking at the results, I'm leaning toward the 23rd of July. This seems to be te only day that VeggieTable can be at the event (Andrea's not available any other day), and that's a big part of it that I know none of us want to lose.

Unfortunately, it means Clinic by the Bay may not be able to come, but with NEMS and SFGH there, we're covered.

Unless anyone has problems with the 23rd, I'd like to close the poll and start organizing around that date.

Geoffrea, since I don't have contact information for SCDC or your line dancing teacher, could you please check in with them today to see if they'll be able to make it that day?

Just in case I had forgotten to send mail out about it (I'm a little
scattered lately), we've booked Saturday, July 23rd, 10-2PM for wellness
day...
