Dear Partners:
With just days until the close of another record setting month, I want
to take a moment and thank you for the energy you provide to thousands
and thousands of Distributors in North America and around the region.
Your enthusiasm, focus and leadership are the keys to the dynamic
growth we are experiencing.
I just recently returned from Europe where I met with several of our
European leaders. The primary purpose of this visit was to share the
good news from the first calculation of the Wealth Maximizer
compensation plan enhancement in North America. We looked forward to
this first calculation to see the impact of the Wealth Maximizer
calculation on the earnings of our early Executive leaders. The
results were even better than we had projected in all of our
modeling.
Executives across North America were surprised as well with the
extremely positive results as the emphasis to reach 3000 GSV took
hold. We received many emails from leaders across the market
expressing their enthusiasm for the new enhancement. Here is one that
I received from one of our Executives in Canada:
"Please pass this on to the appropriate people. The Wealth Maximizer
is an incredible program...I just received $689.07 more than I would
have for the old pay schedule. Thanks so much for all your work. It
is very encouraging and wonderful!"

I am confident that the following data will be very encouraging to
each of you, particularly as you close the month of May with your
focus on 3,000 GSV as your new minimum benchmark. Here are just a
few of the highlights for those Executives with 3,000 GSV or higher:
Median income increase for the following Executive pin levels:
Executive median income increased 29%
Gold Executive median income increased 40%
Lapis Executive median income increased 19%
Ruby, Emerald and Diamond income remained even because approximately
50% of these pin levels were paid using the volume calculation and 50%
were paid using the depth calculation
Blue Diamond median income increased 15% because the number of
Executives who exceeded 3,000 GSV skyrocketed up just over 15%.
