I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and offer my services to
the group. I am actually into quite a few different things, all of
which pertain to investors.

I have been in the business for over 20 years, as an investor myself
and also as a mortgage broker. I am in the process of setting up an
office in Tampa which will essentially encompass everything an
investor could need. It is probably easiest to simply list what we
offer:

Property Rentals: If you have rental property, we would love to put
the property in our database. We have a team in place that has a high
volume of clients looking for rentals.

Property Management: We can handle all of your property management
needs, even the maintenance and repairs. Let us do the dirty work, you
sit back and collect the checks.

Flat Fee Listings: Have a property you wish to sell and want the
visibility that an MLS listing will give you without having to pay the
usual 6% Realtors fee? We will list your peoperty for a one time fee
of $199.00

Wholesale Properties: We have a team who works with foreclosure
victims who wish to short sale their properties. We can provide you
with investment properties at APPROVED short sale prices BEFORE they
hit the MLS.

Financing: Hard money specialists, Investor friendly conventional, 1
day funding for short sale flips.

We do things the way we know investors need things done ;-)
