Expertise would be for a developer with expertise in using Flash
Shared Objects (specifically Flash Cookies) with integration to a .NET
application.
No .Net coding would be required, but the understanding of the
interface is required along with a clear knowledge of Flash Shared
Objects related to ‘Flash Cookies’
