Townhouse-like Condo in Ogunquit, Maine is available nest week at reduced rate

A fellow parishioner, Helen Stoddard has rented a condo in Ogunquit, Maine and cannot use it due to her husband's recent surgery.  She is willing to make it available at a significantly reduced rate. The full rental rate is 1600 dollars per week plus taxes. It is available between July 29 and August 5th (Saturday to Saturday)  It has two bedrooms -  Bedroom 1 has one king bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 fullsize bed and 1 twin bed. Theliving room has 1 queen sleeper sofa.

Enjoy a full kitchen set-up: Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Blender, Coffee Maker. Other amenities include: Washer/Dryer,  TV, DVD, Cable, WIFI, No A/C, Iron/Ironing Board, Fans, Fireplace (No Use), Community Pool, Deck overlooking a lovely garden, Charcoal Grill, 4 Beach Chairs . 2 Car Limit with  Garage Use. 

This townhouse type condo is in a quet community. It's very well maintained and has a community pool and is  near Footbridge Beach.  The condo is north of Ogunquit center and south of Wells, Maine. Both towns are favorite spots with lots of attractions and outstanding dining spots and is near the famous Ogunquit Playhouse. Perkins Cove is a favorite spot which offers several fish restaurants by the water and a variety of boat tours.
