Hello everyone!

This is the second email this week — but it’s incredibly time-sensitive. If you’re hoping to get down to the People’s Climate March on September 21nd, Brad Hubbard-Nelson is organizing a bus to get down there. Deadline to register is TODAY, September 12th.  Let Brad know if you’d like to join him and others. His email is below.

In faith,
Bethany Lowe

Greetings Climate Activists,

The Peoples Climate March, which will be the largest climate rally to date, is approaching next weekend in NYC, and you can all be a part of it.  Quite a number of people will be attending
from the Concord and metro-west area, so we expect the march to be a huge success.  Many people are still looking for transportation to the event, but don't let that deter you.  Although many busses
are already sold out, there is still a chance for us to arrange a bus from Concord to the event, but the deadline for setting that up is TODAY (September 12th).

Brad Hubbard-Nelson from First Parish will try to coordinate transportation to the rally for those needing it, and put together a cell-phone contact list for meeting up when we are there.
If you are planning or considering going to the Peoples Climate March, whether or not you have transportation, please reply by e-mail to
Brad  (e-mail: bra...@mindspring.com, cell# 978-505-7128), with the following information:

- your name, e-mail, and cell phone #

- if you already have transportation: how you will be getting there, leaving when and from where, and whether you have room for anyone to join in

- if you don't have transportation: whether you would join a Concord bus or car-pool.  If no bus, but you'd be able to drive, how many extra people you could take

If enough people (20 or more) reply this morning requesting a bus, then we will make the effort to arrange that; otherwise we will organize a carpool caravan which would leave from
the parking lot behind the visitors center leaving bright and early Sunday morning.

Also - a group of us watched the screening of the movie "Disruption" yesterday and were moved and inspired by the effort which was put into it and the energy that is coming together for the rally.
If you want to see Disruption prior to the rally there is a Lexington screening this coming Monday which you can find out about here.
