[News from First Presbyterian Church]

Gary Scroggins, Pastor of the Presbyterian Church in Brazil, Indiana,
is the guest preacher this Sunday at First Presbyterian Church.
Pastor Rob Craig will be present to encourage attendance at a brunch
at 10:45a.m., as the congregation makes plans for the upcoming year.
Worship service begins at 9:30 a.m. We are located at 512 7th Street.
All are welcome.

Still Need a Picture Taken for our Directory? David Tiede will be
taking pictures in the Lindeman Room (on the balcony) on Sunday,
November 13. You may seek him there after the Consecration luncheon
this Sunday.

CONSECRATION SUNDAY CELEBRATION AND MEAL:
Please plan on attending our Consecration Sunday Celebration following
the service today. All are invited to join us as we celebrate the
culmination of the Consecration process and our stewardship efforts.

--Saving Jesus is a 12 session DVD-based exploration of a credible
Jesus in the third millennium. Each class will start with a 30-
minute video segment, followed by discussion guided by Luther
Pierson. --Saving Jesus is produced by the makers of the popular
--Living the Questions course, recently presented at FPC by Cindy
McMillin. This series began September 11 and ends on December 4; and
meets in the Crump Room

NEWS ABOUT ABBY'S HOUSE Roger Brinkman, and other Board Members from
Hillside Health Care International will offer news and insights about
development in Belize. The Board Members will be in Columbus for a
retreat and we are pleased that they can participate with us on Sunday
morning.
