Here's a chance to tell us what you'd like to hear on the show in the
coming year! Certain techniques? Troubleshooting? Scene safety?
Photographing funerals, special events, etc? Professionalism? The
business side of fire photography? Monetizing your photography?
Getting published? (These topics are already in the works, but I'd
still like to hear what you have to say about them)

Start thinking team!

I think all of the above is great! I would say that it would be nice
to hear from different photographers from across the nation at least
once a month just to mix it up and hear different set-ups/techniques/
etc/.

I'd be interested in hearing from everyone about their techniques for
shooting in low light while on the fireground. What cameras work best,
lenses, camera settings, flash Sync speeds and lowest shutter speed
recommendations while shooting with a flash, using a bounce card, External
flash, Flash with Quantum Battery pack, Colored Gels, Tripod shooting
techniques.

In looking at Timothy Tonge's website (
http://perfectmomentphotography.com/fire/), I can't help but feel jealous of
his images. He definitely knows how to use his camera and is very creative
with the light he uses (be it on camera flash or ambient). WOW!

I currently shoot with a Nikon D200 and would like to compare/contrast the
features available on my camera with those of other makes/models. Sensor
size, chip (CMOS or CCD), Types of lenses, speeds of lenses.

That ought to be enough to get a topic started.

Hello Craig,

I would be interested in hearing more about how you market and sell
your fireground photos. I would also like to hear how you market
yourself to departments. In general, I would like to hear more about
the business side of fireground photography. I believe you said you
shoot for Burbank. I was curious if you charge any of the
firefighters who may want a picture from that department or do you
give them a copy and just charge people who are with other departments
your not affiliated with.

I am really enjoying your podcast, keep up the good work.

Thank you for your time and effort.
