In case anyone is interested, I just finished coding up the first
version of a server side library for ASP.Net. This version supports
everything except tables, which will be included in the next release
along with a custom formatter (for cleaner exceptions and stack
traces).

This is great! Can I give you access to the wiki so you can update and
maintain the ASP (http://www.firephp.org/Wiki/Libraries/
ActiveServerPages) page?

Also, there will be a new extension for Firebug 1.3 called "Server
Debug" or something similar to not limit the scope to just PHP. It
will also use the new Wildfire protocol (http://www.wildfirehq.org/).
It would be great to have you involved with the new extension. The
first step would be to implement a server component for ASP that uses
the Wildfire protocol.

I'll start it and update when I can but other projects now demand my
attention.

I remember reading about this a while back; I'll brush up on the
details shortly. If it's just the header name format then switching
over will be a snap. But if the actual JSON structure is significantly
different then it may be a bit more work.

No problem. I'll send you the login details privately.

The header names are a bit different as well as the JSON structure.
Let
me know when you have some time and I can write up a specification for
the new wildfire protocol which I need to do anyway.
