howto question

OK each time i'm writing a text using FF and when i need an an
apostrophe it keeps displaying the 'find word on this page" toolbar at
the bottom as if I had pressed CTRL+F. How can I prevent this from
happening?

Well it used to happen quite a lot i would write a blog entry or a text
just like write now and when I needed an apostrophe like '''' it would
proceed a CTRL+F operation.
I've seen this is a known bug and there's a temp fix for it
