"Start time in the past"

Hi,

I've downloaded the Macintosh OS X (1.1.3) version and would like to collect historical twitter data from a specific user between the dates 7 November 2017 and 7 November 2018.

However when I put the dates in and press start it comes up with a message that the "Start time in the past" and wont complete the data collection. Is there a way to resolve this?
