Twitter search: exact match

Hello everybody,

I need to search the exact string "non è che"  in the Italian Twitter timeline: if I put the string in quotes, it doesn't work. I also tried a string without accents, but it still does not work (I tried with typical sequences like "il video" or "this video" in English: it keeps on searching, but shows zero collected tweets). I attach a screenshot.

I'm using FireAnt version 1.1.3 with MacOS High Sierra version 10.13.2.
