Problems collecting from Twitter, FireAnt 1.1.4

Hello

I've just started trying to collect tweets using FireAnt 1.1.4 and I can't get any results with my search terms, even though I know there have been tweets using them during the period it has been running (I've cross checked using Twitter search and also am collecting tweets using If This Then That). I'm looking for tweets mentioning l'ecriture inclusive (French 'inclusive writing') I've tried many variants of the search terms i.e. with or without diacritics/accents, hashtags etc.

I have run a test search with #Trump and collected lots of data without any problems.

Would anybody have any insights into what is going wrong? I have looked through the questions and answers but can't find anything to help.

Hi Anna,

Have you made sure that the language of the Twitter collection is set to French?
