Bounding boxes

Hello,

after collecting Twitter data, I open the json file, selecting the bounding box coordinates element, but this column remains empty in the opened file. The entire column has no latitude and longitude values, even if the json file contains bounding box coordinates values (I paste a detail of a single row):

Where is the problem? Without these values, I am not able to generate maps.
