ubCore 5.12 release

As we are preparing for the release of ubCore 5.13 I noticed that I
hadn't post the changelog for the 5.12 release. So here it is:

(*) FIXED: IIDC drivers fail to operate with cameras that fail read/
write requests with resp_conflict.
(*) FIXED: High resolution image streams cause IIDC driver video to
halt.
(*) FIXED: UBTWEAK did not write exclude list in correct format in
registry.
(*) FIXED: UB1394.DLL licensing fails on Windows 2000.
(*) ADDED: Uninstall clears INF files and Unibrain executables from
PC.
(*) ADDED: Uninstall modified for improved stability.
(*) ADDED: Uninstall checks if all 1394 devices are disconnected.
(*) ADDED: UBSWITCH, UBTWEAK, FireAPIAuthorize, FireiAuthorize display
'shield' on Vista in order to run with admin priviledges.
(*) ADDED: UBTWEAK restore defaults dialog displays default versus
current values and allows selective restore to defaults.
(*) ADDED: UBTWEAK shows settings that differ from defaults enclosed
in double parentheses.
(*) ADDED: Enhancements in exclude list dialog.
(*) FIXED: Camera serial numbers were byte swapped in Firei
Application.
(*) FIXED: Firei application would display no cameras on some PCs.
