With the release of ubCore 5.13 a new tool was added to the ubCore
toolkit. This program is called FireIIDC and is an application for
total control over an IIDC camera. The application is implemented
using the Firei.dll interface (and not the DirectShow interfaces like
Firei.exe).

The feature that really sets this application apart as an incredibly
useful tool is its ability to inspect all the IIDC registers and
present them to the user in a format similar to the format that the
registers are described in the IIDC specification itself, including
the register descriptions and bit layout. Moreover the presentation is
not read-only; you can interactively change the value of any register
that is writable.
