Greetings Fellow Fire Freaks,
Sorry for the late notice but its time again for FAC's Fire Play Day on the Third Thursday of the month December 16th at 7pm at American Steel in Bay 8, 1960 Madela Parkway in Oakland. You can park on 18th Street and enter from 18th Street side. We are the second bay on the right. We will go until at least 10pm, though we may try to wrap it up earlier this week. If the roll down door on 18th St. is closed please park and give me a cal at 510-812-8003.
Fire enthusiasts of all levels and ages welcome. Drummers also welcome. We have a small mp3 player if there are no drummers. Feel free to invite your friends and foward this to others. Photographers also welcome but please respect those taking photos of and ask first.
We will be running a short lesson or workshop each month. We will do short lesson on group staff tossing, my personal favorite. There are spinner of all type and levels that can show you a trick or two as well.
There is a mini fridge for cold drinks and we have some toys to borrow. Please bring your own fuel. Donations are welcome to help us pay rent, but not required.
