Please enlighten me with this matter, due to time constraints my sister and I just wanted to attend the first day, aftenoon lectures of this seminar, will we be able to get a certificate? We want to know more about the Legal Foundations of  Intellectual Property Rights in Libraries and Information Centers.

 

And if the organizers will permit us, how much would be our registration registration fee?
