The difference between the UMMOA and GEO, and between the UFM and PDA

"UMMOA hyphen GEO" is the standard written form for UMMOA-GEO, but it is only convenient, not precise. When the words representing the hyphenated word UMMOA-GEO are written out, one discovers that the words representing the acronym UMMOA, already contain a hyphenated word in American or British English, or "Multi-Oceanic", and so the written form of "UMMOA hyphen GEO" is not precise. In higher precision and more scientific UMMOA English, the complex entity is actually spelled "UMMOA en dash GEO", or UMMOA–GEO, because the UMMOA and the GEO are really two different entities, along the nation, state, country, and region societal–political continuum. Moreover, the UMMOA state has a Foreign Ministry, the UFM, which actually doesn't deal with complete foreigners at all, but it also has a special agency, Paradiplomatic Affairs, or PDA, which does deal with foreigners and foreign entities. The GEO region, you see, has its own regional IGO, and it also deals with foreign nations, states, countries, and other foreign persons or entities that are not part of the GEO region.
