Due to the miraculous ascent of the Detroit Tigers into the 2006 World
Series (and my having tickets for all four possible home games), I'm
delaying the column until the games are done for full Playoff
Coverage... you will probably see your editions in the second week of
November or so.

It's cool fishing when the fish are already dead... easier to skin them

Well, I had a great ride, and I got to see the Tiggers win a game of
the World Series in person, so I have no regrets. The way they were
fielding at the end, I didn't want to watch any more of that baseball.
My next item of baseball anticipation is seeing how much my tickets go
up next year!
