Esa's theme and Webstart example

Hey guys,
I was running the Webstart example on the java.net site and if you
select Esa's theme and then try to start the list example, it freezes
up completely. I also noticed that the arrows in the scrollbars do not
show up.
Lastly, the "hotspot" for closing a dialog when using Esa's theme seems
to be much smaller than the QT standard theme. I'm not sure if that's
by design.

Hmmm.. not to nitpick.. But was the solution to disable theme switching?

Hihihi, yes :P Esa's theme is not done anyway although it looks very
nice already. It took so long to fix it because the event handling
routine did not recognise that the menu item was disabled.
