XML themes and ITheme

Hi,

I have been pondering how we can get out of the misery with the
not-done-yet XML stuff and customizable themes. Since I really want
FengGUI to go beyond its current status, we somehow need to overcome
the deadlock that without an complete XML support we are not able to
handle XML themes. Also I would like to have a official release in the
near future with at least a way to plug in own themes. THerefore I
made Theme an interface such that people can easily redefine their own
theme. It would probably be best if the XML theme loader will
implement this interface in order to setup widgets. I hope the Esa
will have the time to continue to work on the XML support so that we
may have loadable themes through XML again in the future.
