hey, I'll try again... if you're actually interested in a continent-
wide queer Femmes group, such as this one "Femmes Without Borders",
please REPLY to this email.

This group was started out of a discussion at Queeruption 10 in
Vancouver, femmes were talking about networking and sharing ideas and
support!

Hey there,

I was at Queeruption 10 and joined in the discussion that produced
this group. I am interested in the Femmes Without Borders group and am
wondering what the parameters of our organizing are. I personally am
interested in networking within the group, so that we may meet up with
each other if we're ever in the same space again and help each other
out with projects and the like.

well, I think the first thing we need to do is:
1- clarify the purpose of this group into an easily digestible soundbyte
then
2 - start promoting it to get a wider involvement, so it will truly be Femmes Across Borders
3 - start discussions & networking!

I think that's a great plan of action. The next few days for me are a
little crazy, but here are a couple of phrases that quickly come to
mind that might describe what we're looking to organize:

-"loose association of femme-identified people and their allies"
-"committed to queer anti-racist anti-capitalist politics"
-"organized for the purpose of networking and organizing across state-
imposed borders of city, province/state, and country as well as social
borders of race, class, age, ability, gender, body, nationality,
ethnicity, etc."
