Files from Knox Co Schools on Countywide Volunteer Program

Hello all,

I am posting the files regarding the countywide volunteer program &
web portal that Jennifer Evans from the Knoxville Chamber Partnership
has kindly shared with us.

There is a good bit of data here, so don't feel overwhelmed in
reviewing all of it. Much of this was due diligence in preparation
for paring down to a select group of companies from whom the Chamber
would solicit requests for proposal (RFPs).

What all of this indicated to me is that the Knoxville Chamber
Partnership and Knox Co Schools have been working in concert for some
time on this effort and they were pleased to learn that our committee
has been thinking along the same lines. Now that the procurement
effort has commenced, we are awaiting the outcome and where our input
will be best applied next.
