Google Groups Site - Document Storage

Hello all,

As I was preparing to post the agenda for October, I saw the banner notice that Google will no longer be supporting document storage for groups sites after 11/1.

Carol, would you help us think about a document storage strategy? I know that you are keeping hard copy records for our committee, but we may want to think about a soft copy strategy as well. Future committee members will thank us for it!

Thanks, Margaret, for noticing the banner notice that Google posted. I will check this out, but, if anyone else is knowledgeable about soft copy storage, please help us out!

We can default back to email. I am sure the town can provide a high
capacity flash drive for the secretary to store evolving documents.
Valerie also backs up agendas and minutes on our internal server.
