I wanted to make sure that I didn't miss anything I am supposed to be
doing.

The "to do" list is:

each committee provides Jim with a mission statement.

each person provides Bill Johns a list of the top three threats and
top three strengths of the community.

Is there anything else?

Sorry, I have been out-of-pocket for a few days and have not had a chance to check e-mail. Did you get all your questions answered ?

I'm not sure when you came in during the last meeting, but we had a discussion on the new marketplace proposal for the Outlet Mall site. It looks like that will be a good project to follow for documenting the process.
