anyone know anything about the new rocker bench overlooking the fallowed field?

Hey Ashley, I believe the new bench has some connection to Ranada Bingham. I don't know who put it there but I think it is in memory of her dog "Rosie" ie. Rock'in Rosie. I have given her a call but got an answering machine, and I left a message for her to call me. J
