Public coastal access/views via Montara streets

Coastal ends of 5th and 7th Streets in Montara are walled off or signed as private property, but they are public!  New on-line petition asks the Board of Supervisors to uphold the Midcoast Local Coastal Program and put a higher priority on protecting coastal ends of county streets for public benefit.
