If you add a player from waivers who is IL designated, it needs to be to an empty roster spot or associated with a corresponding drop. 

For instance, if you added Dean Kremer this morning, you cannot take advantage of CBS’s loophole that lets you add over the roster size and then slide the Dean into an IL spot.

2. As long as my roster is legal by first pitch of the day, why is this an issue? Every Monday and Friday morning, many rosters are over the limit by the nature of how we do add/drops.

3. Of all the mental gymnastics that's required for roster maintenance in this league, this is the hill we're dying on?

Eric is correct. This is a clear roster manipulation and has been a rule since we moved to CBS.

I disagree it's clear roster manipulation based on how we do add/drops. To me there is no difference if a guy is on IL or not as long as you get your roster compliant in time for the start of games. 

That said, the corresponding and necessary drops have been made.

Needless to say, I agree with Richie. Would be happy to put in a constitutional amendment on this point. Also, I still hate CBS. Can we look into moving back to ESPN or Yahoo?
