I need help getting this forum talking!

Would anyone like to be a moderator. I have positions for 2 people. Your jobs would be simple:

1. Start discussions, ask survey questions, share a lead you found or a unique way to get jobs or anything that will get people. involved.

We all want a community like this right? I know we're all busy. Personally, I shouldn't be typing this because I still have another 2 hours of billable work to do and it is almost 1 am. And this is a typical workday for me: 9am till ...... 

I wouldn't ask if I didn't need it but I do. So if someone could help out, I'll add you as a Mod.
