Has anyone yet dealt with clustered-housing structures.
This has always been a tricky one for the NFIP. How I do it is I base the damage against the value of the entire four unit building. So even if that one unit is 100% damaged, it is not going to render the whole building substantially damaged. Besides, how could you make only one unit elevate if they are too low and are determined to be substantially damaged?
Anyone have a different take on this one?
