I got the welcome Email....the way the line is supposed to work is
everyone who wants to be on the list registers. Then whoever has a
statement does an Email to the group, such as
fl_flo...@googlegroups.com wil get the Email, and they can in turn
respond. I am going to send a test and see what happens
