I want to welcome everyone who has signed up for this new chat list! I got the idea from the building officials here in Florida, the credit goes to them first!

I have learned so much about the FBC and other issues from the BOAF web site, that I thought it critical that we create our own.

I will start the discussion later this week, either with an actual real life situation I have experienced, or I will make one up to get this started!
