Dear Investor,
The response we have received from the emails I sent regarding this real estate opportunity has been absolutely overwhelming!
I wanted to follow up with everyone and personally say THANK YOU!
PLEASE, if for some reason, we did not return your call or email, let me know immediately and we will get back with you as soon as possible.
The number one "complaint" was that this would have to be a cash purchase and I apologize for this, but most lenders out there are not willing to lend on such small purchases regardless of the Return on Investment for the investor. I believe this is yet another reason why these units are such a great buy as not everyone can "jump on board".
I wanted to send out an update on the properties we spoke about prior:
The Landings - 120 units
Residences of Sabal Point - 49 units
The Landings has had an offer on the table and we believe that 60 of the units are going to be sold very soon. This
still leaves another 60 available!
Residences of Sabal Point has 3 interested groups looking at the bulk purchase, but no contract to date - so those are still open!
If you have misplaced the emails listing the details, just let me know and I will resend it to you.
Don't miss your chance to take advantage of owning a piece of property that has the opportunity to be a low-cost, high-return investment.
Reminder - we are looking for investors that desire to purchase from just one unit to those investors who wish to purchase in bulk.
