QGIS FieldImageR height moddels

Hi

How do I use my removesoil mask on my Height moddels in QGIS version of FieldImageR.

I can do it in R

# Removing the soil using mask from step 4:
CHVM <- fieldMask(CHVM, mask = EX1.RemSoil$mask)

I can't figure out how I can only measure the height in areas with plants in QGIS

Anyone who can help me there
