Hello everyone,
I would like to obtain a vegetation index for images taken by an RGB camera, but the problem is there are a lot of weeds that will bias indices like the GLI, how can I eliminate them or consider them as a background? thank you.

Hi there,
One option is to use the buffer or the plot_size paramter in the function fieldShape render to creat plot grids as close as possible to your plants.

The goal is to avoid extracting weeds pixels..!
