Fieldshape qgis

Hello!

Today I wanted to ask you about the fieldshape function in qgis, I have a problem only when I put values to x and y.

Basically, when I make my plots, I have no problem using the function without putting measurements or even putting a buffer, but when I want to make a plot of specific measurements and fill in x and y it leaves me with the plots diagonally (I noticed that they are always like pointing north). In the image I put so that they can be seen well that in the normal combination of buffer or without putting anything the plots are well ordered, but when I put the value of x and y they appear that way, for now the solution is to rotate one by one.
