Hi everybody!

I was wondering if it is possible to extract the standard deviation instead of the average values from an orthomosaic I've seen that we can use the function fun = "mean, sum, min, max, or summary". However, the information generated in "summary" does not generate labels for all the columns, which makes it difficult to understand what information is generated.

Code I am using:
data <- fieldInfo_extra(mosaic = index1, fieldShape = shape, fun = "summary")

Hi there,

Try updating your version of "FIELDimageR_Extra".

It allows to use these functions: 'mean', 'sum', 'max', 'min', 'mode', 'stdev', 'variance', 'coefficient_of_variation', 'majority', and 'minority'.

Some plots can return NULL if there is no data (pixels or images) in the plot area!

Hope it helps...!

All the best,
Filipe
