Field Count Error.

Hi Dear,

I am trying to run the field count in QGIS to estimate spring stand but i am getting an error (i have attached the screenshot of the error. Could you kindly let me know why am i getting this error.

I am eperiencing problems with the count function in QGIS as well.

I get a error relating t R package EBImage. It maybe that it is no longer available in from cran.

Hi Martin,

Try installing EBImage in R (https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/EBImage.html):

install.packages("BiocManager") 

BiocManager::install("EBImage")

However, your image is going to be almost impossible to count using our segmentation approach. The plants must be very well separated shapes.
