The Friends of Historic Bethlehem Pike will announce the winner of the 5th Annual Acorn Award on Wed Nov 9 at the Springfield Township Board of Commissioners meeting at 8PM. The award is given to a business or property owner along Bethlehem Pike
a. who has made improvements or preserved the historic fabric of Bethlehem Pike consistentwith the Friends goals and purposes.
b. who has inspired other properties along Bethlehem Pike to make such improvements andpreserve our historic assets. and
c. toencourage everyone in the township to think about how we can improve existingproperties & preserve historic properties along
the Bethlehem Pike corridor.
So, please come to the Board of Commissioners Meeting on Wed Nov 9 at 8PM (in the Township Building on Paper Mill Rd) to find out who this years winner is and to show support for our local business leaders who have made the extra effort to help improve our community.
