As you know, advocating for substance use prevention at our State Capitol is one way we can work together to help make a healthier community. 
On Wednesday, February 11th, 2026 from 10 AM-3:30 PM, Missouri Prevention Advocacy Leaders (MoPAL) is hosting a substance use prevention advocacy day at the State Capitol building in Jefferson City. Coalitions like HOPE for Franklin County will be working together with other groups to have a unified voice for primary prevention issues important to Missouri. All attendees will have access to a toolkit that will help them navigate the day. REGISTER AT THIS LINK. Please note: Enter the following information at the last two fields of the registration form:
